I just watched this the first time yesterday as well! It was super sweet and it amazes me how they can make a robot so expressive with little words. I also really liked the writers idea in having the human race revert back to infancy due to our dependence on technology. I love the little neurotic sanitizing robot. Good flick!

My 3 year girl is watching it right now, and is mesmerized. She giggles every time he talks.

this thread had me wanting to watch it but the lady shot me down... She said it's to sad.

Is this a remake of an older Wall-e or has this been out on DVD?

Nope, it's the one that was out in theaters. And it's not sad at all!

^Pixar has a lot of little stuff that that in their movies.

They had a Buzz Lightyear toy in the dentist's office in Finding Nemo.

looks like WALL-Es eyes are e46 Zennon ellips to me!!

havent seen the movie yet, but my 9y.o. daughter hated it- said it was boring???? I think it looks cool-- maybe its just my fascination with junk/metal/ machinery and the likes

watched it for first time last night, i thought it was awesome. And youve ever heard my criticism on movies, you'd know i dont like many of them. This one ranks pretty high for the qualities that it carries.
