Does that black top hat magician guy have one of those peter frampton voice box things implanted in him? I've seen him in like 3 videos and that's all he ever sounds like. He probably is the background vocalist on every rap song they play at the bar, T-Pain is pretty well known. They just run his voice through auto-tune after recording to get that effect.
