      Thats the one thing that I did respect about emerill's place. The waitstaff was epic. They brought out new silverware for each dish, new napkins, etc. Cleared plates as soon as we were finished, we practically had a guy waiting around next to our table just out of earshot to make sure that we had anything we needed.

        I'm cheap as well, but spending a couple hundred on an epic dining experience once every couple of years seems worthwhile to me, especially when I would spend the same amount of money on stupid shit like dinner for two and enough liquor to get a party crunk for an evening.

          I am in Vegas once a year and the top of the world is amazing, I dont eat like that a lot but when I am in Vegas thats the time to do it. Bally's has a buffet like $75 but all you can eat lobster, crab legs, steak, and anything else you could want.
