Anyone have a laser or waterjet cutter?

I need a small part (~4"x7") cut out of ABS plastic and the machine shops around here have a $60 minimum, which is more then I wanted to spend. If someone has access to either cutter, I would be willing to pay to have it cut out. I can provide the drawing in what ever format you need.

My brother in law runs a water jet, their min is $35. Do you have the material? I am sure he would do it for 35 or less... dwg is the best file
