It had a little "surface rust", nothing structural yeah, you can stick your finger through it, that just saves weight, the floor was rusted so badly that the car was saging in the middle :( I'd give $500 because it was complete, the guy kept talking about his price being firm, he knew enough to know the car is rare, not enough to know it would cost $30,000 to restore it enough to be worth $15,000 he said someone offered him $2500 for the wheels and bent up bumpers but he refused to take it
