When can I move in? How can we get the ball rolling? I have some questions though:
1. Can I get the lights turned off at 10pm? My belief is that nothing positive goes on after 10pm.
2. I would also prefer that the lights be on at 5am rather than 5:30am. "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise".
3. I can't live in the apartment if the other landlords aren't married or are involved in any sort of relationship that isn't right in the Lords eyes, period. (This includes same sex, immoral acts, animals or any other perverse activities)
4. I prefer to pay my first year up front if possible. If this ads hardship for you then I'm willing to pay a premium of 150% of the normal rent for this imposition on you.
5. I would be ok with you washing some of your clothes with my loads of laundry in order to conserve do my part in being more Green (I'll still pay full price of course, but just want to do my part to fight the war on Global Climate Change).
6. How many weeks in advance do I have to notify you of guests?
7. Am I able to rent equipment to be used in the exercise yard? Is it concrete or grass or ??? Would I be able to bring my Bible (both old and new Testament preferably) into the yard?
8. When I take my drug test I would appreciate it if you and any other tenants could do the same.

I got drug to a church service one day, a rather large congregation (would fill a 1500 seat auditorium) and there is a guy there that plays the piano that looks identical to FLANDERS but real. I mean the clothing the mustache the glasses, if Flanders was real this was the guy right down to how he talked.
I just blurted out "look its flanders" as he walked by during the service with the gimmie plate. I could not contain my self, but the strange thing was no one else had seen it till I said it, I had a good 2/3 of the place rolling with laughter once saw it too.
