My point is, once one right has been infringed on, others will fall as well. You're obviously not a fan of history, but this has happened over and over throughout human civilization and it is very "small" things like this that start the downward spiral.

I understand what you're saying, the e30 was not designed to kill. A gun or rifle is designed to just that. But it is a clear and obvious fact that the OVERWHELMING majority of gun owners never have or will never kill a person. I don't have the numbers but i'm certain in the U.S. more people die from accidental car accidents then accidental weapon discharges.
