not that I am pulling a josh and the Palestinians. I am all for another waste of life crimial dead and gone.

But I am also saying COPs need to be reined in and this fucker picked the wrong time to have a oopsy and kill like this. If he needed to have his weapon out in a justified manner and "saw" him reaching for some thing thats one thing but a blatant drawing of you side arm with no reasonable threat FUCK that.

This is the problem with our law enforcement they think they are above the law. This is not meant as a blanket statement there are some very good ones out there, unfortunately we have way to many that like to hide behind a gun and a badge like the POS in this subject

You're kind of being a prick.

It doesn't seem that the guy was in any position to commit any offense egregious enough to warrant gunfire, POS thug or not. The guy had a little kid and a wife, didn't really deserve to die, and yet you outspokenly show approval for these actions. Sad...

Anyways, the officer should be jailed...if not for murder than for being a mother fucking dipshit. This man is a complete fuckup and hopefully has already been castrated to prevent reproduction and any sort of contribution to the human genepool. It's a shame that nowadays more and more fuckups are turning to law enforcement for careers.

Out numbered by a bunch of unarmed civilians...yeah....there is always misjustice with cops that do shit like this. It isn't a question of if, it's a question of when.

thats pretty fucked up there mr. cabrio. as you stated he served his time in jail and has a family and kid. that makes him a previous criminal but he wasnt convicted of any criminal activities at the time he was shot. what happened to innocent until proven guilty?? what was he going to do attack the cop while laying on his stomach??? i would like to see that. The cop should be quartered for an act like this. What a fucking waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles too, he already resigned from his job without going through the trial, admitting guilt????

What's fucked up is that thugs like this guy and these rioters (oops, "Protesters") do to cities like Oakland, which used to be a city of working class people which has since been overtaken by lawless thugs who burn down their own neighborhoods and then complain that there are no stores within walking distance.

Oh, the reason the cop resigned is so he can invoke his 5th Amendment rights, which cops don't have.

Tell you what - go leave your nice E30 overnight in Oakland and see what's left of it in the morning.

I have more sympathy for the cop who went to work that night, to protect people, got caught up in some drama of a bunch of thugs who were fighting, broke it up and now his life is ruined.

Break the law, act like a dumb ass, get in a brawl, resist arrest and something bad happens?

                    What a surprise.

Like I said, in my younger days, I've had the cops draw their weapons on me for far less, but even at that young age, I knew better then to act stupid unlike this upstanding citizen with the prison record.

Too bad more of these "Protestors" didn't get their stupid asses capped last night.

Rioting and Looting should be grounds to be shot on sight.

105 arrested last night, numerous business and cars trashed, Black "Protesters" turning on White "Protesters" and probably more of the same tonight.

Where's the outrage when a cop gets shot and killed by these gang-bangers for no reason?

                    Anyone?

Do you see the hypocrisy and contradictions in your post?

I'll bold them for you in just in case.

And as mentioned, the cop resigned so he could invoke his constitutional rights that cops don't have in cases like these.

Do you know anything about this case other then what you've seen on TV/YouTube?

                      Doesn't sound like it.

Dumb ass thug/hoodlum gets drunk, stupid, brawls, resists, gets shot.

Gee, maybe if this thug didn't start shit he wouldn't have ended up where he is.

"The roving mob expressed fury at police and frustration over society's racial injustice. Yet the demonstrators were often indiscriminate, frequently targeting the businesses and prized possessions of people of color.

They smashed a hair salon, a pharmacy and several restaurants. Police in riot gear tried to control the crowd, but some people retreated along 14th Street and bashed cars along the way.

The mob smashed the windows at Creative African Braids on 14th Street, and a woman walked out of the shop holding a baby in her arms.

"This is our business," shouted Leemu Topka, the black owner of the salon she started four years ago. "This is our shop. This is what you call a protest?"

Wednesday night's vandalism victims had nothing to do with the shooting death by a BART police officer of Oscar Grant on New Year's Day - but that did little to sway the mob.

"I feel like the night is going great," said Nia Sykes, 24, of San Francisco, one of the demonstrators. "I feel like Oakland should make some noise. This is how we need to fight back. It's for the murder of a black male."

Sykes, who is black, had little sympathy for the owner of Creative African Braids.
"She should be glad she just lost her business and not her life," Sykes said. She added that she did have one worry for the night: "I just hope nobody gets shot or killed.

Near 14th and Alice streets, Myron Bell was taking dance lessons in "step," a form of dance popular among African Americans, when he looked out the window and saw people jumping on his Lexus sedan.

Bell, 42, came out to find that almost all of the car's windows, including the front and back had been smashed and it appeared that someone had tried to set the car on fire.
"I'm for the cause," said Bell, who is black. "But I'm against the violence and destruction."

Nearby, Godhuli Bose stood near her smashed Toyota Corolla as a man walked by, repeatedly called her a misogynist slur and then added, "F- your car."
Bose, a high school teacher, said: "I can't afford this."

No it was a wrongful death, it would be murder if he meant to do it, he fucked up and WILL pay a price. Whether the price will be just is the question. Anybody that thinks he shot this guy on purpose needs to get off the crack, it's fucking your shit up.

you're right i contradicted myself, there is a guy being arrested who gets shot(video evidence). So the "thug" would have to be charged to go to trial while we can all blatantly see the officer shoot him in the back, if he doenst plead quilty all he will do is waste your cali tax dollars. Yes they both are innocent until proven guilty but those are completely different cases.
