I graggyated from College in 1984 wiff a Bachelor's Degree in the normally required 4 years (Business/Business Law Major- English/Psyche minors) at the ripe age of 22.
Did you know that the human male's brain is not FULLY developed (mentally) until the age of 25? Up to age 25, the males' brain is not 100% refined, advanced nor matured in subjects such as adequate reasoning in social interactions (informal interchange and exchange of thoughts & information by spoken words/casual conversation) and one's ability to interpret things such as "consequences of one's actions", for instance. There are no exceptions to this scientifical proven fact whether you have an IQ of 150+ or are a child prodigy.
Female's gray matter is 100% a few years earlier (I forgot the exact age).
