i know they cost a lot but if you are going to get something permanently put on your body spend some money and make sure the person doing the tattoo knows what they are doing and did not learn in prison!!!

IF you knew anything about tattoo's you would know this answer. But not they do not show up when they are not under a black light. They are called black light tattoos for a reason.
