That's a bit small for me.

I like the size of Tulsa personally, 350k (900k including the Metro Area), still plenty of nice quiet suburbs outside of town, but still big enough that there is some stuff to do.

I just got out of my old college town for the 2nd time, 40k people, WAY too damn small.

I'd rather have Cabin Fever than Road Rage. Rather smell the smoke from burning my trash, then seeing the blanket of smog that lines my horizon in all directions. Rather be frustrated to have to drive 45 min to the one store in town, as opposed to driving around for 45 min trying to decide which of 100 within 10 miles. Frustration from a slow farm implement instead of a senior doing 28 in a 65. I am over this lifestyle.
