Im always on the e46fanatics money section it would be cool to have some thing like that on r3v. Discuss with other business owners, investors, entrepreneurs in the e30 community. That may be kind of out of reach as many of the members here are 15 and work at pizza hut. I figured I would ask.

I have a provisional patent right now and I'm trying to decide what I'd like to do with it. If I decide to venture out on my own, I can blow a current product the fuck out of the water. If I sell to someone already established in the market this product fits, I can use the profits to fuel other, more expensive and lucrative ideas I have yet to pursue.

I have a fully functioning prototype and just need to get a write up together outlining various costs to manufacture and applicability to my target audience.

Oh I know man. That's why I was being as nondescript as possible. I'm fully protected for a year in the US, btw, but you can't be too careful.

I'll find some kind of format to follow in writing up a non-disclosure agreement for this when it gets to be that time, but I have a business plan that needs to be addressed beforehand.

I found out recently that a friend of mine from college is a marketer though, so I'm going to employ her services asap as well.
