Excuse me, I have to go change my shorts and then go to Blockbuster.
And the midnight premiere on Thrursday just got even better. The theater is doing a one-time screening of "300" at 8:30, only $5. Already got my ticket for that. So we're looking at close to 6 hours at the movies Thursday night. Going to be EPIC.

I just got done downloading it, I'm going to start watching it right now. I watched the first 5 or so minutes as soon as it got done, it's really fucking cool.
It's animated really well, too. It's also got a good background score which gives it a lot more depth. Rorschach's mask is animated the whole time, too.Last edited by Jand3rson; 03-04-2009, 11:19 AM.

ahaha I just got to the part where the narrator voices Nixon and Kissenger. Good stuff.

Yeah that only bothers me when a male and female character are speaking, like when you get to Dan and Laurie talking in Chapter 2 and 3. You see the text bubbles, but if you couldn't figure out who was the speaker you'd be stumped until the comic panned out. Either way, it's a great refresher since I hadn't read it since 2007 when I shamelessly sat in Barnes and Noble and read it on their "If you liked 300, you'll also like..." endcap.
