I just finished Catcher in the Rye (again) and am reading 9 Stories. I am a big JD Salinger fan. I also read a lot of Sci Fi and other Pulp fiction.

This couple weeks we are reading "The Things They Carried" by Tim O'Brien. Definitely not the most difficult of reads, by any means. But it certainly has been entertaining, and has gone by very quickly. I personally hate reading books, so it has to be a decent book if it keeps my attention.Originally posted by blunti would jerk larry king off while tonging jflips ass if h0lmes would blow his head offComment

Let's see, in the briefcase at the moment:
The Dumbest Generation by Mark Bauerlein. Basically states the obvious, that you late teen/early twentysomething "millenial" myspace and facebook whores are functionally retarded.
Voices from Chernobyl by Svetlana Alexiviech: Firsthand accounts of people around the village and the fallout. Depressing, but good.
You do not Talk about Fight Club: A collection of essays on the book. Makes you realize how shitty everything Pahliniuk has done post "monsters" really is.
The Unfair Advantage, Mark Donohue. Autobiography of the man, read it many times, picked it back up after David won the Rolex 24.
