The book that inspired Metallica - One (not why i'm reading it btw)
It's probably the most harrowing Vietnam book I've read since Chickenhawk.
A novel about a best-selling novelist -- named Bret Easton Ellis -- who becomes famous and wealthy during college, suffers from celebrity burn-out, makes a new life for himself, and then watches as it all comes unraveled.
