    It looks like an asymmetrical plate, dark blue and cream colored. 12-1/2" x 10-1/2". Feels heavy. It has the BMW logo imprinted on the underside with the marking "The Wheel". It might have been a promotional item. It's a really nice looking and unusual item.

            Personally, I like BMW because they make nice cars. I don't think I'd pay $70 for a plate that I liked.
