Thanks. I've learned the different usage now. :)
The other tags like url and img take fully formed links which I think a lot of us are accustomed to. It is an easy mistake to make pasting a youtube link the same way and getting a nice white box for the trouble. ;)
I wish I could say I knew how those Tesla coils worked to produce musical notes, but I don't. I can imagine someone noticed a difference in the tones and somethinng clicked in their head; hey, I wonder if the whole scale could be in there? There was an episode of Top gear recently where James tried to sample various cars to get tones to "sing" the Top Gear theme, Jessica, originally by the Allman Brothers. It didn't go so well.
It takes some right brain, left brain connection to be so orderly and precise like a scientist yet creative and imaginary like an artist to discover stuff like this. For you Ross Bentley drivers/readers, he highly recommends a variety of brain integrating exercises to connect both side of your brain before hitting the track... it really works!
This is an oldie, but you might imagine some super geek at Renault not only clueing in on the tones from the F1 exhaust but then giggling as he made the French car play God Save The Queen...
