It's an implication that requires those in the future potential market of sales derivatives of any product derived from "our" "sources" (Our heretoforth describes the Union in contract of You, and I) (and) (Sources henceforth describes items in result of said contract) to be protected from any metaphysical/physical/psychic/or, and not limiting Bodily Fluid in case of "breach" of contract.
