Flipping through channels today I happen upon the British show "Wheeler Dealers."

Their featured car was a 325i Touring. They bought it at auction and made some repairs then sold it. Kinda interesting 30 min show. Its worth a look.

The clean example showed one with Alpinas.

I especially enjoyed it since I almost became an E24 owner, but thanks to a storm in the mountains I couldn't get to the car that I was going to buy, so about 2 weeks later I found the E30 on Craigslist I'm driving today.
I haven't given up on an E24 tho, I'll own one of them later in my life, I know it.

I saw that episode and was amazed at how clean the exampleone was.

I watched the touring episode and was kind of miffed by the modded example. If he posted his car on here he might be berrated. He also said he had 17" alpinas on it, and if I remember correctly they weren't sold in 4-lug. Plus he had an M badge.
I also loved the tip on how to free up more HP by removing the old airbox and adding a cone filter. I am glad they were able to help me find a cheap way to free up a couple ponies!
