Assume in this case, however, the exchange is between a cishet couple. For example, you're a dude and you switch bodies with your girlfriend/wife, and vice versa.
If you are originally a dude and swap bodies with a female, is it gay to give head? I feel like no. Your entire body is female, and mouths don't have a gender.
