    First gen iphone jailbreak

Does anyone have a first gen iphone that they jail broke and it turned out to be successful? I want one that has a lot of feedback, and has been proven to work. I found a few, but I wasn't sure on which ones actually work. Anyone have one they used?

Ah, well I had the first gen iPhone but sold it last december and bought a razr through att. My friend has a reallllly beat up one but still works. Im going to use it as an ipod for my car, and thought since I'm going to buy it why not try to get it to work for my sims card.

1st gen iPhone is the easiest (well now they all are) to jailbreak.

Mine has been jailbroken since I got it (1st Gen 4gb). No issues ever.

Yeah I never needed to jailbreak my iphone because, well, I didn't need to. But then I sold it and bought a razr. So to make this one work with my att sims card I have to jailbreak it and hopefully it'll work. If not, I'll just use it as an ipod..which is what I was going to do in the first place.

Make your AT&T Sim card work?

iPhones are designed for Cingular/AT&T. There is no need to do anything to use it if you already have a SIM from them.

Well, I was wondering if I could pay the same amount I'm paying per month on my razr (which is why I switched phones)..on the iphone. And yes, I know that..I was just hoping I could pay the same amount per month as I do on my razr, while using the iPhone.

You just won't have the data plan, nor will you be paying for it.

Quickpwn with a GUI for windows 2.0-2.2 including guide. This is for those that are not planning to restore. Quickpwn now activates and unlocks a 2g so it is a perfect all-in-one solution.

thats the guide I used. really easy, I have had no issues. did it on a 3g phone though.
