I'm gonna have to disagree. It looks like shit, like there's 5 years of brake dust stuck to the wheels. They look way, way better the way they are. Leave 'em.

OK its not an exact photoshop. its hard to make something glossy look exactly flat, so it looks more glossy, almost annodized in the photoshop
