if you put the camera on full auto (if it has that mode), you probably have to have the lens on f22 for this to work, as the camera body will adjust the aperture automatically. but, you should be able to control the aperture manually and have it select the correct shutter speed. this is where a digital camera is nice- you can experiment with settings and just delete the photo if you mess up.
Yup, i justed asked the person who i got the camera from, and they said the same about the ISO. I dont have everything down. but i get for the most part that 100 is outside/200 in and outside...something like that. ill have to look things up first.

how would i know if i have full auto?

and yeah digital must be nice! all my friends have that. and they could just do whatever they want. and erase the bad ones.

So i give way more credit to people who use Manual SLR's

there would be a setting on the camera that adjusts the shutter speed and aperture automatically. it might be colored green. if you find something like that, you should be able to see the settings change when you look through the viewfinder and aim at different things. i guess it depends on how old the camera is, but if its within the last 25 years it should have that.

yeah the iso basically goes like that. 100 for daylight, 200 would be good for well lit interiors, 400 for normal interiors... etc. the higher the ISO, the grainier the photo will be, though.

edit: just realized the thread title was "manual" SLR...

I havent found it yet. but hopefully i do. because if i have it, that would be a plus for me...since i to work with what i have.(for now)

Im pretty sure the camera is within the last 25 years also.

I'll have to see if i could buy more film. because that was my first roll and i lost about 7 shots.
