Im having trouble making a sig

I want this picture to be my sig, but when I put into to my sig, it is way too small, it is like tiny after it is uploaded. i tried making it into a banner on a banner maker site, but it cropped out parts of it, and when I got it right it was still tiny after upload. can someone help me please.

I resized it....try this.......save it and host it. It worked as my sig this size. Leme know when you got it so I can delete it from my photobucket.
