Looks great! Here's are a few things I noticed:

          - I like what you are trying to do with the mono-chrome look, but i would have liked to see a bigger difference between the shades. Either that or a less of a difference. I would play with that.

          - The gradients don't look too good. I can see banding. Maybe if you created them in something higher than 8 bit? Another trick is to purposely add noise to the gradient and that can lessens the effect of banding. I guess you can try doing it in CSS - but I don't know CSS - so I can't help you there.

          - IMHO the "web site by" on ever page isn't the best taste. If I was a potential client, I would want to know that you would be working to show off my stuff, not pimp your own name on every page that I'm about to pay for. Those are for me - not you. Unless you are doing pro bono work, put it on the about page or sitemap.

          - love the contact web form - those rock - visitors love being able to quickly drop a message.

          - love the pop-up pictures - good call on adding those. It's a little touch that goes a long way.

All in all - good job!

            - I'm with you on the mono-chrome and gradients. I'm not really liking them, I wasn't too happy with my execution, I spent most of the time on the coding and forgot to go back and work out that aspect of the design. luckily it's really easy to change.

            - As far as the "Website by link" this was kind of my way of trying to keep recognition for the site and I needed another line for that side of the footer. Plus my client wanted to keep including my name and company on a ton of page content and even in the intro. I had to talk him out of that! lol. But I know what you mean, it can be annoying for a client.

            - the pop up pics are a fantastic JQuery plugin, it caches really quickly, those photos are actually pretty Hi-Res for online content and I'm really liking how fast the load. much better than Flash imho. I just found a new plugin that give me the ability to style everything about border, etc. I'm really looking forward to figuring it out!

Thanks for the great replies everyone!
