    Android phone users


    • Save the .png file (Roundel) to your phone's SD card
    • Create a shortcut to r3vlimited in your phone's browser
    • Download Bettercut from the Android market (costs $1.99)
    • Long press an open area on one of your home screens
    • Press Shortcuts>Bettercut>other available shortcuts>bookmark
    • Select the r3vlimited bookmark
    • Press change icon >pick picture
    • Select image. Edit text if you want. Press create
    • Now you have a proper icon for this site


    You can make your own icons out of any pic. Just save it as a 48px by 48px .png file with transparency.

      That's cool, but I don't pay for apps lol. Browser -> Favorites > R3V suffices for me.

              I have the same Weather widget, but that battery one sucks. Get the first one in the list, the one that's like a $1.99 donation, it's a lot more accurate.

                  If anyone enjoys modding their phone (cheaper than modding an e30!), this forum is nice.

                  I've been running Pete's Bugless Beast for a while now and love it. You need to root (gain admin access) to your phone first, but then you can overclock, tether, and customize your phone. Moto Droid is very snappy at 800 Mhz.

                  I've received tons of good advice and tips from r3vlimited my first 6 months of e30 ownership, just trying to contribute in some small way.

                      I liked doing this kind of icon manipulation with my iPhone. The blackberry really isn't as fun for this kind of stuff.
