    problems with my photoshop

when i try to go on photoshop, everything loads up and then a window pops up saying that "memory could not be allocated for the activation process. Please close all applications and try again."

I closed all applications and tried again but it still comes up with the same thing. Is this a problem with my computer, or the program. how do i fix this.
(not very computer knowledable over here  )

    Thanks.

That is an error you get when installing a cracked (pirated) copy of photoshop CS. Did you buy this or aquire it in another way?

If you bought it then contact Adobe support, if not then get a different version or go buy it.
