Stupid Question Perhaps

When I try to "insert Image" into the body of text a box comes up that says "Please enter the URL of your image". I then have to opt for the advanced message option and add pictures as attachments . . . .

I really want to put pics in the body of text as I see many do. Can someone possibly explain how to do it.

We would also like to see you put pics of your body in the text. To do that you can host on something like photobucket and then just copy and paste the link into your text

Alright well here's what you have to do.

1)Upload the picture onto a picture hosting site like Tinypic or Photobucket (These are just examples you can upload it to the hoster of your liking)

2)After you have uploaded it, they should give you a bunch of links. They should say "HTML for Websites" or "IMG Code for Message Boards" or "Direct Link". You should copy the one that says "IMG code for message boards". it should look something like this.

[IMG]somefilehoster.com/awesomebodyshot/bodypic.jpg[/IMG]

As you can see it has [img] tags so you are selecting the right one.



3)Copy the entire code and paste onto the body of the post. Press POST and voila.
