I started out just to fix some curbage and thought I would give a polish a try... they have not been final polish yet in the pics
Did a search first to see if it had been done and didn't find much on ones with polished lips just this thread so here are a couple and my ghetto process :)

Here's mine, could've turned out better, but i polished them manually.
mocking up other colors, i kinda like the black
