it looks do-able all you gotta do is make sure you tape off the lips evenly and TAKE YOUR TIME or else it will be disasterous. I would plan at least a week to let enough coats dry and properly do the job.
yea but i dont think you guys understand how hard that would be to do ...there is no defined lip on these wheels ive never painted wheels ive never polished any lips it will be very hard for me to do plus i sold my bcaps so i have no spares to use while i paint them...i was just wondering what they would look like

I'll give you a set of spares if you promise to do it. Those look amazing - you have to do it. Shit, I'll even help you tape them off!
dont polish the lip. It looks hot without it. make your own spoke style in. Tape it off. Make a template. And do it for everysingle spoke. It will look hot dude. GO FOR IT!
If it looks like shit just get some paint stripper and try again. Also I don't see why it would take more than a day, most paints you would use need about 15 minutes between coats.

This is why people end up with cracked paint all over the place. You gotta do a ton of light coats. I was also assuming he was gonna put some clear over the top. When you clear coat you gotta make sure the paint is completely dry. Clear dries faster than regular paint. When paint dries it lets off a gas. When people put clear on too early the clear will dry before the paint does causing the clear to crack becasue it has to get the gases out.
It is better to spend a lot of time on it once than have to do it 3 times and still have it come out bad.
