Neither one of those pictues is ideal for a PS. Something with good resolution and a good angle of the car would be better.

Fine, dont commet on my awesome photoshop of those wheels.

I dont know many of the features of elements, dont use it much. So I cant get them any lighter, but they wont be that dark.
