Help please wheel Photoshop

Thank you very much. So with this said I figured out what I am looking for. A Rasta look green,red, and yellow. What do you guys think? Maybe someone can photo shop that look.

Each wheel will have that not individual yellow wheel,green wheel, and red. Its going to coat $$ tho to incorporate all three colors.

Not sure how to incorporate all three colors that is my only issue with trying to go that route. Yes MK wheels. I may just do green. Thanks for the comments guys and Photoshop too.
