Dyno Vid

So we had the Spangdahlem Motor Weekend this weekend with a free dyno to use. I was hesitant to put the E30 on it but since there was no one in line I figured why not. The dyno reads very low for some reason; they had an E60 M5 with exhaust and a flash that only put out 354 WHP and a modded Terminator Cobra that only put out 324 WHP. I figured it is at least 30 hp low, but who knows. I chalk it up to it always being broken and being used only once a year by guys who barely know how to run it. Anyway, I'll have to scan the graph tomorrow, but I only pulled 160 WHP and like 197WTQ ( and they only did ONE pull in third gear); I have a Euro M30B34, Coneus chip, Motronic 1.3, and full exhaust with equal length headers. I was expecting around 170-180 WHP, but oh well I guess.

156whp...stopped at 6k. I think it was reading at least 10% low.

it'd have to be at least 10% low...and he got on it, though all day it just seemed like he wasn't really setting the cars up right as far as starting speed/gear goes.

I think the score was 4/7/9 paint/interior/display. The score cards were bullshit though! They were designed for the typical "show" car and not for something I (and the other custom judges) would appreciate. Basically, we tried to give extra points to the cars we liked with the display category.

The winner definitely deserved it. That mustang was perfect.

By no means was I expecting any kind of podium, especially when I saw what kind of stuff I was competing against..That Mustang was amazing. Like perfect amazing. I was abit dissapointed overall witht he show; it's kind of hard to compete when you have rich germans bringing stuff like that there. At least a few peopel appreciated my car...lol

what tail lights do you have on your 335i?

I think they are the Startec lights..but to be honest I'm not sure( they came with it when I bought it)...I'm more of an engine work kind of guy.
