i atempted to make a bumper filler with this paint shop program i have. its a peice of shit. if someone can fix that a lil and do w/e else u feel would look good. thanks alot guys

I'd rotate the whole image, since its kind of tilted, and not make the border all black because it blends in with the shadows in the lower left corner. I touched up your bumper too.

where did u get your photoshop program? i want to get one but i dont wanna spend like 700 dollars. ive seen some free downloads but i dont know where to get them
