My ireland engineering catback (video inside)

Although it is a very poor video (late at night, raining)
I hope you can appreciate the sound. You can hear the car coming, it'll give you an idea of how your car would sound, as it was approaching somebody.

Sounds pretty good. How was the fitment?

Sounds pretty quiet. How loud is it inside the car?

Inside the car, it's pretty quiet, but just loud enough that you can tell that it's a different muffler. There IS a slight drone that makes me think im in a higher gear (I have an automatic at the moment) but it doesn't bother me at all.

Mine seemed to open up a little with use (after ~6 months) and is a little louder and deeper, but It's the perfect volume for me.

The biggest problem with fitment is that you're dealing with the underside of a 15-20 year old car and probably will have to replace hangers/rubber.

I agree. Mine did the same and it is about a year and a half old now and I really like the sound. Not too loud, but different than stock and when you really open it up it sounds pretty sweet. Fitment was great.

on the contrary, my fitment sucks ass! the left tip (if looking at the car from the rear) is tapping against the left of my rear skirt. rattles on occasion in traffic. i tried to fiddle with the new mount kit i got from them as well, but no luck in positioning it more towards the center. any advice?

Damn I didn't even know you could tell.

I don't know, I guess it's influence from my nissan friends, they're all I hang out with on a daily basis.

Oh you bet! Haha, that area to me is considered a cold area, not an area to worry about in my book. Plus the cameraman had a walkie-talkie to tell me if it was clear to go.
