    Just made mine today

For me, I got the picture I wanted and tossed it into MS Paint.
Crop the main part of the picture you want to use and cut/copy it
Start new paint file and paste the cropped/copied part into it (it will stretch the image attributes)
Edit the image attribute and fit the cropped area in the image as desired? You can also resize the picture by percentages if you want to fit more in a smaller area. I went with something along the lines of 600x200 as my final measurements
Add text using the text editor button

    Bing bang boom

Like I said, I used MS paint for simplicity. To edit the actual picture if you don't already have effects, you'll need to use photoshop, of which I have no knowledge what so ever

        Sorry
I thought you meant actually create one

Go to your user control panel (it's a link in the top left corner of r3v, right under the homepage logo) "User CP"
There will be a column of options on the left side, click "Edit Signiture"
Put the URL of the picture in between [img][\img] coding brackets
        Save signature

In order to do this, you'll need to host the sig picture elsewhere on a hosting site, like photobucket

As for text, just make sure the "Display signatures" stuff is selected whenever you post

Just remember it can't be over 650x225. But if it's a little over, we usually don't say anything. Plus it can't be animated either.
