Now that I have a 540 dd, i'd stick with the vert. I'll eventually get an e21, or another e30 as a track car. Chicks dig the vert- I love driving it in the summer, just a fun all around car.

I don't regret getting a convertible. I love e30s, and I love convertibles, so obvious choice. You may feel self-consious with the top down the first few drives, but that goes away quick.

Holy shit dude! I'm guessing that's not a genuine Alpina car, but that interior is tits! If it weren't for the extra weight, I'd take a hardtop e30 over a coupe anyday, especially this one. The c pillar looks a lot better IMO.
