My answer to getting my car painted

My car got hit by a few people in the past year and I wound up getting junkyard body parts that werent exactly the same color. So instead of spending tons of money on a paint job, I basically spent $30 on spray paint and went to town. this is the result. Does anyone know someway I can get an OK paint job for under $1000 to fix this monstrocity?




I painted the "kidneys" white along with the two head light holders for the low beams


note the cool slideways vynil


sexy bottle cap rims (16.4 lbs, woot)


badly mounted scorpion exhaust and sparco sticker covering up a hole in my bumper




Rear weight balasts be gone!

pheonix gold 500W amp powering 6 inch pioneer 3 ways in the frong and some crappy pioneer 4x6 3 ways in the front. (the 4x6s came out of my old nissan sentra, RIP)


Cloth shift boot... custom gauge cluster with oil psi, air fuel, boost gauges. only A/F currently works.

What have you done to your car that justifies the rollbar? Your paint scheme is hideous, you could have at least left your kidneys chrome. Yeah, sideways is right, as in the direction your car is fucked.

Those really arent pool noddles, they are low impact padding that came with the cage. The roll cage is because I auto-x and drift. and the kidneys seemed to look better white than chrome to me. *shrugs* I know most of you guys baby your cars. Ive rolled one other one. Mine is definately not a prissy little thing that I was daily.

There is a difference between not babying your car, and totally shitting on it. How did you flip your last one? Mine is hardly prissy, I have my fair share of battle scars, But i didn't totally butt fuck my car, now you have a lot more prep work for when you get a real paint job.

You mean you saw a few with those stripes and decided to rip them off in an extremely distasteful way? I have seen the roundel theme executed very well, firs off, its not in stripes, you are supposed to do it from the corners, you know, kinda like a roundel? Sorry i am being such a dick, but what you have done really frustrates me.
