Banner Request

My wife is trying to make a banner for her website and we are having trouble resizing this image to get it to work. Can someone please help. I know it's not car related but its for a car lovers wife. :)

The banner needs to be 827x244

Here are two I made pretty quickly. I'm not sure it's possible to resize the entire picture to those specific settings, so I just cropped it down to the size you were asking. Maybe someone else can do a better job.
