How should I paint my new wheels??

I just ordered a set of Racing Dynamics wheels for my E30

I will be refinishing and painting them.

Give me some ideas on new paint schemes for them!

Keep them the same color? Brighter silver? Darker?
Paint the spokes?
Polish the lip?

Keep in mind my car is Brilliantrot. S/P?

Darker silvers like nagaro don't look right on red cars.

RG wheels are too simple too look good in black.

Just keep the wheels light silver, maybe polish the outer lip.

True, but i painted my wheels myself.. check out my gallery for my red car... It's not hard, just takes a long time prepping...

Thanx man. It's stock calypsorot. but i had it repainted about a year before i took those pictures..

x2 man. leave it. they are pretty rare wheels as it is... I think that the silver will compliment the red....

black accents on red cars = delicious, esp with red calipers. the design of those wheels is more sporty than classy, so i think you could pull off black. silver's cool too, but i think black would make the car look cleaner with less secondary colors. if i were you, i'd do black spokes / brilliantrot lip / red calipers, but thats just me.
