cluelss on how to make a sketch in photoshop.....

i want to make a sketch of a car that looks like this. is this from a program that scans it and just draws lines?

my dad has a 1936 panel delivery that i want to do it to. if i could figue out how to do it thats be great.

There's no pic attached but my guess is that you're gonna want to use Adobe Illustrator for the outline than import it into Photoshop to add color and shadows.
