rear valences are not really needed (on late models) once/if rear low black area is color matched
(imo)
.
They are if you have a nasty rust bubble near the tow hook. I por-15'd the whole rear valence, inside the battery tray, easy alternative to cutting and welding in a new valence.
i think the first photosohp is more accurate proportionally. i think the second one makes them look higher than they'd be.
I think skirts that low necessitate a reiger lip and some sort of rear valance
I don't think so, the skirts are not that low, if I were to install a reiger lip I wouldn't be able to move the car, have you seen how low my "iS" lip is?
judging by the first pic (on the original car) they look pretty darn low. I know the front is sagging, and you'd mount them backwards, but they still look significantly lower than the is lip

I wouldn't say significantly lower but the front lip will flow better with these sdie skirts than without them.
I'm having a hell of a time finding sideskirts I like. I sold cleanazze30 my bmp sideskirts, and I definately don't think my touring sideskirts are low enough to match the "is" front lip.
I keep asking fil (eurostyle) for pics of his m tech II lower skirts on an is lipped car, but apparently he doesnt have any yet. I think that will be the route i take if they are indeed low enough
