Idea I want to see on paper first - Photoshop help needed

I've been toying with this idea for this weekend/track car for awhile. I've been trying to decide what chassis code I want to do it with and I think I want to try it with my original idea; the e30. I've been itching to get back into an e30 after leaving the scene to focus on my career and education and with that coming to an end, it's time to get serious. I tried to do this myself but it was shit and I'd rather leave it up to some people who know what they're doing.

    So here it is:

    Basically a red e30:

With fire department style stripes like this (just the middle solid one and/or all 3) WITHOUT "engine" and "911":

With the "__/---" part going over the rear wheel then continuing on the rear quarter panel to the tail light.

    With CCW chrome classics staggered:

OR I thought it would be interesting with the staggered ALCOA type wheels off of that Sacramento City Fire Engine. I couldn't find any google images with alcoa style wheels on a car.

I'd also like "E30" to be in either one of those spots which would be similar to an apparatus' call sign/designator:

I would just like an idea on how that whole idea would look. There are plenty BMW style police cars. I thought maybe an FD style BMW would look cool.

    TIA

Good ideas, I like it. Reminds me of some Mustangs' paint schemes.

I'll mock this up for you later today.

BTW, any relation to the fire department?

Thanks! Wasn't sure what other people would think of the idea but man I didn't even think about the mustang style! Good call on that. It's really similar to what I was looking at.

No official relation to the fire dept...yet. I was a volunteer for sac city for a little over a year but I'm in medic school right now finishing up my didactic next week. Per protocols, I'm not able to volunteer and go through paramedic school since the commitment is too great for both. Hopefully once I get my medic license I'll get picked up somewhere relatively quick.

No problem. I think it could be a good look.

Oh ok, my step mom is in the didactic phase to becoming a nurse right now too. My girlfriend's roommate is an EMT, is that what you're going for?

That looks good! Would it be possible to keep the front of the stripes where they are but have the rear section angle up "/" to go over the rear wheels and then horizontally follow the body line of the quarter panel that connects to the top of the tail light?

Firefighter Paramedic is what my end goal is. I've been an EMT for two years now. I waited to finish my BA before I went to paramedic school. It's a loooooong process to get a job in the fire service.

Def possible, so you want the "/" between the door and rear wheel arch? That should be a good use of that space for sure.

Exactly! Maybe one version with the "/" starting at the door jamb then going up to that body line and a second version with the "/" starting halfway between the door jamb and the rear wheel well.

                Thanks man!

Wish I could help in that department, broke student at the moment. I definitely won't forget your help as it certainly gave me hope in this project. An IOU is certainly in order.

What program are you using? Pshop?

Ummm yeah, Self made, can you do this stripe in red over an early model black coupe? But scoot the jog in the stripe even closer to the rear arch? I'd be eternally grateful.

You kids are badass at computerin'.

                          How about this one?
