Anyone willing to help with a work project/t-shirt design?

Just an FYI, I've had great success from 99designs.com. I got a company logo made and how it works is you run a contest for $XXX amount of money. The more money you put up the more talented designers partake in your contest. Then provide details of what you want and a ton of designers make a design and you pick the winner. And once you rate one design that you like, all the other guys start making designs to similar to it. I really like it since you can get like 100+ designs to choose from.
