    Recent Drift Event

I know how most of you feel about drifting, so no need to tell me.

I put together a video from the last event I participated in and thought I'd share for those interested.

So is it that e30's arent built for drifting and therefore suck at it, or rather that you suck at drifting? You tell us.

wow! Aggressive! Lets see some of your footage sport! Or how bout stop shitting on a guys thread in the first post! I am sure when you were in the beginning stages of being a "cool guy thread shitter" you sucked at it but with practice you have probably become more witty in a run of the mill sense. If you try harder you will probably be good, but never up to Dave or Ryan, or Jordan's level. So how bout you stop being a dick for no reason and say nothing at all. Not only will you stop taking up space on this thread, but you will do us all a favor by not contaminating this site with posts that can only be described as lame and worthless.
Oh and as far as the drifting goes, not really for me. But it looked like you had a great time this weekend!

Nothing wrong with having fun on a close course, do what you want.

I do suck at drifting. I've made the decision to stay off the streets, so that's my second try at it.

I chose the music, and I know that sucks too. Actually, I made the music. I didn't create the video originally to stand up to the critcal internet community.

That is by far the most stupid comment I have ever heard. Not that I want to say e30s are built drift cars, but the matter that any car with given suspension and tuning can drift.

E30s drift fine, there are three guys in the ATL that drift them at events. Just like a Miata. Don't get me wrong, it's still kinda lamoooooo!

yea, any car CAN drift. If someone wants to set thier suspension up to drift, then more pwoer to them.. I set mine up so I dont drift hehe..

As much as I dislike drifting, its even worse with that new damn movie coming out, pretty much telling kids to try and get thier cars sideways...get ready for insurance rates to rise and more rwd cars being totalled..

I agree that E30s weren't designed to drift. There isn't a single production vehicle that was designed to drift, but just as with any other drift car, they can be modified to do so.

This guy does pretty well in his E30. Came in second place at the first event this year.
