    E30 picnic 2015 - Slo edition

    Hey guys!
Me and two of my friends organised a 'first of its kind' event here in Slovenia last month. E30 picnic with fun games, drive,...etc. We have had plenty of meets with drive in the past but never on this scale.

Our goal was to get at least 40 e30's in one place which is a lot for our small country. Well, we got around 50 e30's during the course of the day and over 40 at the same time which is awesome! E30 slo community is slowly growing each year and because of the great feedback and overall great day we're planning even bigger event next year!

I made a short video that captures some of the activities. Unfortunately we were so busy doing other preparations we forgot to organise a filming crew so there isnt a lot of material but still...better than nothing. :D

...and yes...THERE ARE BURNOUTS IN THE VIDEO! :D

Thank you! Haha, well i gotta be honest...people helping cars to drop an extra inch or so did make it a lot more fun and interesting then just a simple drive through. :D

We've been doing an annual e30 picnic here locally for awhile now. Always a good time and lots of fun. Glad to see its working its way around the world, lol.

Yeah, its all about the folk. I guess the mentality of people who drive e30's is different then some of the other younger bmw models. Most of the guys built their e30s or at least did something to their car and they respect eachothers effort, time and money that was put into. Nobody is there to showoff or be an ass and as long as there is friendly atmosphere these kind of picnics will be a guaranteed success.:D

                    This years event:

We had some problem with weather so we had to reschedule event twice from May to July. Despite vacation season quite a lot of people came. A bit less than last year but oh well. That was expactable. :)
