    PS expert advice needed...

    How do you do this to a pic... i am assuming it was done in photochop but i really have no idea... i have tryed playing around with several things but i cannot reproduce the pic with another one... thanks for the help

      Remote linking isn't allowed on the other server. And the picture is fairly simple to do, it involves layers. I'm too lazy to do it myself.

        thanks mtech... it worked on my computer but i didnt realize it didnt link...

        i figured that the car would be a different layer than the background... but how do you creat the background affect... and the affect on the car

          Once you've divided up the car and the background into two layers, you'd run a filter in Photoshop called "Glowing Edges." That gives you the look you want in that picture. It looks like the background layer was then changed to black and white only.

          So, that's how you do it. The hardest part is separating the layers. The rest takes about thirty seconds.
