    Help Please

Hey guys. I'm making an anniversary present for my girlfriend and was working in photoshop.

My question is how do I get the whole background the same color but keeping the effect of us being a shadow or whatnot. I could erase everything around us but that looks like shit. Is there anyway to make the rest of the mountain sky(reflection) the same hue as what is surrounding us?

PS nuts help me please. Much thanks!

    Gary

Try a layer mask on the layer with you and your GF (look it up in the tutorials for details, but trust me it's your friend!). Also try playing around with the blending modes on that same layer because they will affect the way the colors come out some. Just play around with those two things and the opacity of that layer. Good luck.

Is it the clouds that are your concern? They seem to overlap the picture?

Just flip the image horizontally, put it in the right corner where there's no clouds to hinder the faded effect of your added picture.

You could even put it more centered, just erase the area (with a large eraser with non-sharp edges) where your body covers the mountain in the center...also, just use that large eraser with a nonsharp edge to remove the other stuff in the added picture of you...

Then when you show her your PS skills, you put it in teh buttz.

      Hope that helps.
