I like to always have Photoshop open and running on my comp, since I use it so much. Is there a way to make it so there's an icon for it in the systray at the bottom left of the screen (WindowsXP) that I can just double-click on to restore the program, so I don't always have to have as an open tile below in the taskbar?

what do you mean a open tab? BTW my bars ontop of the screen so =P
You mean keep PShop open in the background? You wouldn't want to do
that, take my word for it. PShop CS2/9.0.2 and since I think ver 5.5 has
had a open threading error that will STOP your machine if given enough
time. I have a dual core 64, 4gb ram and a 50gb scratch drive and PShop
whores it each time.
I use it all the time too but make sure to close it each time I finish. I can
render in MAYA 7 without slowing my computer but always had a prob w/
PShop. Take my advice just make it easy to reach. It should only take a
