    M50 swap into a...

It kinda looks like an e30, but it's not. Actually, when they're doing donuts at the end you would almost swear it was an e30.

What's up with all those pansies covering their ears at the dyno? Enjoy the M50.

And yes, I do see how it looks like an e30 at the end. I think the boxy tail lights and the fact that the car is the same relative size as an e30 makes it appear that way.

That particular Corolla model (ke-70 or te-70) was very popular car around here in eighties.

Once I had my early e30 standing on my yard without rear bumber, my friend who had never seen my car came by and asked who's corolla it was, so yes they do alike, I noticed it too after he mentioned :)

            This begs the question "why?"

Why go through the trouble of sticking a turbo M50 in a god damned Toyota?? Especially when there are plenty of E30s around that would work for that swap...

Because believe it or not, there actually ARE other cars in the world besides E30's.

And this might come a ball-busting shock to you, but there are people in the world who actually *gasp* LIKE those other cars!

They are cheap as hell. And suspension geometry is somewhat of identical with ae-86.

I'd believe it would make pretty fun toy.
